Why not have something different for POD. After all its photo of the day and not rider of the day or trick of the day. It is a technically good photo and is still biking related, if only just. so why should it not qualify for POD? Its not like there are 365 other opportunities every year to get something suited to different tastes. If you don't like it just wait until tomorrow and stop hating.
